How to Build a Better Recruitment Process in Saudi Arabia

A better recruitment process is not a longer policy. It is a path the team can repeat.

Start with the job. Write what the person will do, which requirements are real, and who approves the hire. Publish it in the language candidates will read. Then decide the stages: new, screened, interview, offer, hired. Use those same stages for every role, and change them only when the work is actually different.

Keep one record

Applications, interview notes, and the offer should live together. When they live in separate tools, the process depends on memory. In Saudi Arabia, where Arabic and English both appear on the same hire, a single record matters even more.

Review the delays

Once a month, look at which stage holds candidates the longest. Fix that stage. A new tool will not help if the team never looks at where time is lost.

An Applicant Tracking System is the place that record lives. Dammah Selectra is built for organisations that want that path in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
