
Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Outbound - Preparing or checking paperwork upon arrival trucks and couriers.
•Receiving - Checking the daily rapports and processing them. Rapport of allshipment/operation issues.
•Outbound - Papers / CMR check and signing.
•Preparing, creating and updating shipping manifest registration.
•Report of all shipments issues.
•Act properly on special requests of production, inventory, GP and customer/partner.
•Pre-alerting – Informing the carrier on what they receive.
Accountabilities:
•Dock to Stock 100 % or waterproof report.
•Indefectible shipping manifest administration.
•UPH performance.
•Troubleshooting.
Technical skills required to perform the role:
•Written and verbal communicational skills
•Communicational skills
•Customer Service and Time Management skills
•Administrational and Organizational Skills in a fast-paced or high-pressureenvironment.
•Familiar with ERP systems such as ORACLE, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics PC literate- able to use Microsoft Office – essential for reporting.
