.1Strategy and Objectives
• Participate in the development of the &strategy
• Develop operational plan and budget for CEO’s Office including performance indicators and monitor progress against these
• Communicate the operational plan internally
• Advise CEO with respect to changes in the government ecosystem
•
Organization, Resources and Monitoring
• Provide input with respect to resources required for effective organisational functioning and monitor effectiveness of HR and other organisational resources and support the CEO
• Development of and ongoing support with processes and procedures concerning entity operations (e.g. HR, Finance, IT)
• Ensure proper alignment with government stakeholders and interfaces
• Take decisions within portfolio and escalate to CEO as and when required

Government & Other KSA Ecosystem Support
• Identify key governmental stakeholders and other key KSA stakeholders as requested (e.g. NGOs, Universities) and establish networks for the CEO and other executives as requested
• Meet stakeholders to develop understanding of interests and support the CEO to develop a strategy for engagement & issue management
• Stay abreast of and keep CEO informed on latest developments within stakeholder institutions that may impact the operations
• Manage relationships with governmental authorities and key contacts in order to facilitate and ensure smooth coordination
• Communicate and interact with different external and internal entities on behalf of the CEO as delegated
• Advise CEO on government ecosystem and represent CEO as delegated

Project Management (Special projects not undertaken in line function)
• Ensure selected project vendors are in line with guidelines and project requirements and objectives
• Oversee project planning including budget estimation, timeline, project risk identification and mitigation planning, and give recommendations when
