More important, the ideal candidate must be able to communicate visually and effectively in order to change minds ultimately.

Concentrating on Hospitality projects while it would extend to other commercial, residential and master planning projects.

Role

• Design visual concepts using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies
• Incorporate relevant branding, marketing, and communication strategies in designs
• Complete design projects on time and within the designated budget
• Talent designer "Hospitality, F&B, Residential, master planning"
• Regulations awareness,
• Aware of materials,
• Aware of cost and design to budget,
• Codes awareness,
• Operator’s requirements awareness,
• Co-ordination with all disciplines "structural & MEP"
• Leading other designers and 3rd party “design consultant”
• Managing external Consultants, and all design related consultants “design consultants, Civil defense consultants, VC consultants, retail consultants,….etc.”
• Communicate design concepts and pitches to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative teams for cohesive deliverables
• Time-manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress
• Consistently deliver creative solutions for visually based problems or needs
• Procurement process for design consultants and related required specialists.
• Managing AOR work and permitting process.
