An innovative, outside-the-box mindset is highly valued. With projects ranging in scope, must be equipped to manage multiple requirements and deadlines. More important, the ideal candidate must be able to communicate upper management and 3^rd parties to insure achieving projects excellency.

Concentrating on Hospitality, commercial, residential and master planning projects. And its relative activities

The role includes management activities for before execution phase and for execution phase as well “this stage only development related activities, while construction related activities will be managed by execution manager”

Role

·        Managing developer works, contract and follow-up

·        Managing Strategies,

·        Producing Workplan,

·        Performing Engineering technical due diligence,

·        Managing HBU & Feasibility, and their consultants.

·        Produce Executive reporting,

·        Performing Assessment,

·        Managing Value engineering process,

·        Managing planning and project control process. “While the planning and control will be performed by a planner”

·        Managing Cost Control.

·        Managing external Consultants, and all design related consultants “design consultants, Civil defense consultants, VC consultants, retail consultants,.etc.”

·        Managing operators and FM consultants

·        Managing tender process

·        Managing consultants and specialists’ procurement process, preparing RFPs, Hiring, and process management.

·        Managing contracts, payments and VO.s
