Strategic Contribution
▪ Contribute to the development and implementation of the leasing strategy in line with the AZAD short, medium, and long-term objectives to ensure maximum occupancy rate for AZAD properties.
▪ Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for all Leasing functions and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in order to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy.
Operational
▪ Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers and strategic partners in coordination property managers to maximise revenues.
▪ Establish and maintain business relationships with local and international real estate agencies, business partners, and JVs to expand AZAD’s network in order to improve revenue generation.
▪ Analyse and articulate market rates and trends through extensive data analytics and market research to ensure AWJ’s lease plans are competitive and profitable.
▪ Coordinate with the property management department to set new lease plans/prices for tenants in order to adjust lease fees so that AZAD’s prices are competitive and in line with the market practices.
▪ Process mapping and formulation of all required documentation to enable the leasing process across all properties.
▪ Manager and maintain AZAD’s properties pipeline to ensure healthy growth and occupancy rates.
▪ Propose sales/promotional plans to market properties to direct/retail customers, both prior to construction and after completion through marketing campaigns and competitive lease plans.
▪ Monitor the assigned properties occupancy rate and work on increasing occupancy through marketing campaigns to ensure maximized revenues and high renewal/occupancy of Azad’s properties.
▪ Ensure that contracts are being negotiated and released new tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
▪ Ensure that all documentation and lease processing formalities are in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
▪ Support and maintain strong government relations in order to ensure compliance to law and regulation
