Concentrating on Hospitality, commercial, residential and master planning projects. And its relative activities

The role includes management activities for before execution phase and for execution phase as well “this stage only development related activities, while construction related activities will be managed by execution manager”

Role

·        Managing all construction related activities

·        Managing all construction parties, Contractors and supervision consultants.

·        Managing site procurement process.

·        Managing tender process in co-ordination with the development manager.

·        Managing the coordination with Operator & FM requirements

·        Managing project handing over process,

·        Managing site apply for Civil defense requirements,

·        Managing site Safety process,

·        Managing construction QA / QC process,

·        Managing Site Inspection Management.
