Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
  1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top Saudi and expatriate talent.
  2. Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) targets and collaborate with government agencies as required.
  3. Partner with department heads to create workforce plans that meet current and future organizational needs.
  4. Drive employer branding efforts to position the company as a preferred employer.

 

  • Onboarding:
  1. Design and oversee a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-equipped for their roles.
  2. Prepare employment contracts and manage required documentation in line with Saudi labor laws.
  3. Collaborate with managers to deliver tailored onboarding plans that enhance new employee experiences.

 

  • HR Operations:
  1. Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records across government platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and others.
  3. Handle employee relations and ensure grievances and conflicts are addressed fairly and promptly.

 

  • Payroll:
  1. Handle payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with WPS and GOSI requirements.
  2. Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies and oversee benefit administration.
  3. Liaise with finance to ensure alignment with organizational budgets and reporting needs.

 

  • Learning & Development (L&D):
  1. Identify organizational training needs and implement programs to address skills gaps.
  2. Design and deliver L&D initiatives that align with career progression and company goals.
  3. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain a culture of continuous professional development.

 

  • Government Relations:
  1. Oversee and manage all government-related processes, such as issuing and renewing work visas and iqamas and managing employee work permits and licenses.
  2. Coordinate with government agencies such as the Ministry of Human Resources, Jawazat, and Muqeem.
  3. Ensure compliance with all Saudi government regulations and labor requirements.

 

  • Offboarding:
  1. Manage the offboarding process, including visa cancellations, end-of-service settlements, and documentation issuance.
  2. Conduct exit interviews to gather actionable feedback for organizational improvement.
  3. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during employee separation.
