- T Infrastructure Management:
Manage and maintain company hardware, software, networks, and servers to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office systems, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and IT best practices.
- System Upgrades and Implementation:
- Plan and execute upgrades, updates, and deployments of IT systems and software.
- Network Administration:
- Monitor and maintain the company’s network to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and liaise with service providers as needed.
- Data Management:
- Ensure regular backups of company data and manage data recovery processes.
- Monitor and manage data storage to optimize usage and performance.
- Vendor and Budget Management:
- Communicate with external vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and services.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance the reliability and security of IT systems.
