
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Organizes and executes programs and activities in accordance with the strategic pillars and business plan.
• Operate all program activities throughout the program life cycle.
• Designs new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization and as per client needs based on signed-off agreements.
• Develops training proposals including: budget and operating plan for the program considering specific client needs in the negotiation stage. Manages the program’s budget once an agreement is signed-off.
• Plans the overall program activities with both internal & external stakeholders (scope, time, and cost), defines the program governance (controls) and monitors the progress / adherence.
• Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and risks, defines risk mitigators, monitors the achievements and proposes corrective actions or areas for improvement to meet program goals.
• Manages an internal and external team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities and ensures resources are assigned efficiently.
• Ensures goals are met in areas including client satisfaction, quality, and program performance.
• Ensures efficient communication channels are set internally as well as externally. Coordinates closely with all involved stakeholders to ensure utmost client satisfaction and goal achievement.
• Submits timely accurate and meaningful reports of program status throughout its life cycle and others
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ business administration, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- At least 5 years proven experience in Learning and Development or similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
