
Job Description
Inventory Management:
* Record and update inventory data in the system accurately and promptly.
* Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
* Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Receiving and Inspection:
* Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
* Document and report any damaged or missing items.
* Ensure proper labeling and storage of received goods.
Issuance of Materials:
* Process requests for materials and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate persons.
* Maintain records of issued items.
Storage and Organization:
* Organize inventory in a clean, secure, and easily accessible manner.
* Ensure materials are stored under appropriate conditions to prevent damage.
* Update inventory management systems/software regularly.
Event Coordination: if needed
* Assist in selecting and booking suitable venues for training sessions.
* Prepare and record event checklists and attendance sheets
