Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to the compound'soperations and assets, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliancewith safety regulations and insurance requirements.

Budget Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets for the compound,conduct financial analysis to track performance against financial goals, andidentify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Lease Administration: Oversee lease agreements, tenant onboarding andoffboarding processes, rent adjustments, and lease renewals to ensure compliancewith leasing terms and maximize occupancy rates.

Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency responseplans, coordinate with emergency services, conduct drills and training for staff, andensure the compound is prepared to handle emergencies effectively.

Sustainable Practices Implementation: Lead initiatives to incorporatesustainable practices into daily operations, such as energy conservation, wastereduction, and green certifications, to promote environmental stewardship andreduce operating costs.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders,including tenants, property owners, and regulatory agencies, to address concerns,
provide updates on property management activities, and build strong relationships
