Lead and manage the full procurement cycle for goods, training materials, equipment, and services. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with Procurement Policy . Review PRs and ensure specifications, budget availability, and justifications are complete. Manage vendor selection, bidding, negotiation, and contract finalization. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated vendor database. Develop annual procurement and supply chain plans aligned with the Academy’s operational goals. Forecast material requirements for academic programs, workshops, and projects. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency. Support strategic initiatives related to expansion (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Abha, …etc). Oversee inventory levels, stock accuracy, and proper documentation in the ERP system. Ensure proper handling, storing, and issuance of materials across all campuses. Conduct periodic stock audits and coordinate asset tagging, tracking, and disposal processes. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and service standards. Address supplier issues and ensure continuity of supply for critical materials. Supervise the delivery, transportation, and distribution of materials between campuses. Ensure timely clearance of shipments (if applicable) and safe handling of equipment. Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of training supplies. Ensure procurement documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready. Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier evaluations for management. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GAZT, and government procurement standards when required.
